This place is fantastic. I grew up in New Mexico and tamales were a big part of holiday traditions . This place is 100% legit, best tamales I’ve had outside of New Mexico!!!

Tamales and service were excellent. Very reasonably priced. I'm usually partial to pork and green sauce, but chicken with red sauce was probably my favorite. Will definitely come again.
My son has been dying to try tamales since seeing them on a show last week. We happened to drive by Apex and see this food truck. We ordered the pork tamale with Salsa Roja. It was delicious! Not overly spicy, yet it had tons of flavor and a kick of heat. He's hooked! He already asked to go back tomorrow!
Amazing tamales! Reminds me of when my grandma makes them for me on the holidays!
