Our granddaughter Rayna started at TAMA about 2 years ago and we've seen her mature and gain tremendous self-confidence from the training and discipline of karate. She's put this into practice at school, helping to deter bullying and also defending herself from unwanted physical contact. We highly recommend TAMA's program and our granddaughter loves it.
