Dr. Porter was the first endocrinologist that figured out methods that actually addressed my health issues that had plagued me for over a decade.
Was running late for an appointment. When I arrived was checked in and asked for co-pay. After waiting ten minutes medical assistant called me, in waiting room stated, Dr. Porter will not see patients who are late and she has is not taking new patients. Do you want to reschedule? My reply No Thanks!
I had a good experience with Dr. Porter. First off, I didn’t have to wait a long time in the office to see the Dr. after arriving for my appointment. My issues are thyroid related and getting proper levels. I already had a Dr. I liked but he retired suddenly and I needed to see someone in between. I thought Dr. Porter showed compassion and cared about my health. She even helped me find a family Dr. closer to where I live.
