Great experience with Dr Sam for my kids appointments
BEWARE! 0 stars if I could! I got braces from here and and every month I pay 100$. it USE to be 200$ per month until my insurance covered half. I was there end of July for my monthly ortho appointment. I Missed aug & sept because of my broken foot. Went in for an appointment for October. I was already knowing I was going to pay 300$ for the missed months. ANNiE the front desk girl. The OLDER women. She charged me 800$!!! What a scam! And they REFUSE to refund me even with my debit transaction saying I paid 100 in July. I eve... read more
I’ve been going to Dr.Tam since I was aprox 6 years old. So we have known about their practice and they have known our family for many years. I had an impacted k9 which never came down and every time they did x-rays they mentioned I would need to extract it. Around this time I inquired for braces regards of costs, time and what payment plan they could offer. Excellent, knowledgeable and patient staff. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Oh and arcade games. Cant beat that.
