Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this clinic. Before booking, I called Tam Dentistry twice in May/June to confirm whether the initial orthodontic consultation and X-rays were free. I was told they were free, so I booked an appointment and brought my child in. After the X-rays and consultation, I was surprised to find out at the front counter that we were being charged over $270 for the X-rays and consultation. Poor procedure that resulted in my tooth needing to be extracted! One of the front desk workers were also quite rude and always had an attitude.
BEWARE! 0 stars if I could! I got braces from here and and every month I pay 100$. it USE to be 200$ per month until my insurance covered half. I was there end of July for my monthly ortho appointment. I Missed aug & sept because of my broken foot. Went in for an appointment for October. I was already knowing I was going to pay 300$ for the missed months. ANNiE the front desk girl. The OLDER women. She charged me 800$!!! What a scam! And they REFUSE to refund me even with my debit transaction saying I paid 100 in July. I eve... read more
