BEWARE! 0 stars if I could! I got braces from here and and every month I pay 100$. it USE to be 200$ per month until my insurance covered half. I was there end of July for my monthly ortho appointment. I Missed aug & sept because of my broken foot. Went in for an appointment for October. I was already knowing I was going to pay 300$ for the missed months. ANNiE the front desk girl. The OLDER women. She charged me 800$!!! What a scam! Staff are very nice and efficient
I had orthodontic treatment here. Entire team was fantastic. Dr. Samuel Tam was great with explaining the process and answered all questions. His administrative team especially Annie was excellent. They took care of all insurance issues and were very efficient with any paperwork required. Highly recommend this office.
