The employees were courteous. That is the only nice thing I can say. They didn't tell me up front that they want half of their money up front (for work they hadn't done yet). Once I reluctantly agreed, I drove the hour+ to their shop to bring a check since I didn't trust them with a credit card. THANK GOD I did that. Shortly before the installation was scheduled, I get an email from them stating they made some kind of measuring mistake and my cost was going to be hundreds more than their original quote.
