DR. TAM is good but the wait time just to see her is always at least an hour,,,as I am missing work for these appointments I had to find someone else.
Find a different dermatologist! I have gone here over 5 times to have the same exact warts burned off, and every single time they return within a few weeks. Not to mention he scarred my finger tissue in the process. I never received my last bill from him due to moving, and he sent it to a debt collector without ever calling me a single time first. This crashed my credit score 100 points without even knowing i was overdue on a bill! Just call the customer... i would've gladly given payment over the phone. Terrible service.
Dr. Dominic Tam is a great dermatologist. This review is more towards the front desk and constant communication issues I have experienced. Whenever I call with a question regarding my prescription, I am told I’ll get a call back. Which I never do. I usually have to call back 2-3 times to get an answer and the run around is not worth it anymore. Seems like it is overbooked and you get pushed aside. This is my health and I won’t be returning going forward.
Dr Tam is a caring doctor. His wait time is long yes.. but when it's your turn he does not rush you. He listens to patient concerns! Great warm personality.
