Very caring and listens to what I am actually saying. Answered all of my questions and put me at ease.
Dr. Spivak is one of the best recommendations I've ever received. The services I needed included surgery, which went well. She is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I felt heard when I expressed my priorities and concerns. She met every question with a direct and compassionate answer that demonstrated her professionalizm, depth of knowledge, and warmth.
I had a terrible experience this time at SSM health, they put me into c-section, which caused me a lot of pain after delivery, I am now home with back pain and lost of appetite, I can’t enjoy my baby because of pain every day. They do not care about patients, they care about their job and paycheck. The worst experience ever I had at SSM. They don’t even deserve my one star
Dr. Spivak is great. She is kind, understanding, knowledgeable and empathetic. As I spoke to her in my words about how I felt and what was going on she never judged. She understood and made me as comfortable as possible. My daughter has been seen by her since my appt and she loved her too. Dr. Spivak really is great.
