The people in administration are so kind and helpful! The rent app was easy to set up. So far the move in process has been a breeze! Thanks Neal!
Very disappointed in this apartment building. I have had nothing but problems with paying rent on their new app because they do not accept rent any other way. I’ve been overcharged and told my rent is late because their app is malfunctioning. I hate it here and cannot wait to get out. But will have to pay an arm and leg to break our lease. This place is awful. DONT MOVE IN.
I loved here between 2017 and 2023, and I enjoyed my time living in these apartments. Maintenance was quick to respond and very efficient. Yes the rent did feel overpriced, but it was worth it imo, especially with my current renting experiences for more than what I paid at Talus. If I ever live in Montana again, Talus is first on my list.
Definitely not worth the money I pay in rent every month for a 1 bed apartment.
