Very disappointed in this apartment building. I have had nothing but problems with paying rent on their new app because they do not accept rent any other way. I’ve been overcharged and told my rent is late because their app is malfunctioning. I hate it here and cannot wait to get out. But will have to pay an arm and leg to break our lease. This place is awful. DONT MOVE IN.
I loved here between 2017 and 2023, and I enjoyed my time living in these apartments. Maintenance was quick to respond and very efficient. Yes the rent did feel overpriced, but it was worth it imo, especially with my current renting experiences for more than what I paid at Talus. If I ever live in Montana again, Talus is first on my list.
Definitely not worth the money I pay in rent every month for a 1 bed apartment.
The people who work here are very friendly - from management to maintenance, they do everything they can to make the experience as easy as possible. The property is well taken care of in a timely manner.
I was looking to rent this apartment roughly 9 months ago. Management fails to respond to calls, i believe her name was Teresa who gave me a lot of attitude when i asked questions. These are horribly priced for what you get. I’m so glad i went elsewhere with my buisness & suggest you do as well.
