Service after the sale We got recliners during the two for one price sale. Talsma's had a huge selection of recliners so we found the perfect ones for each of us. They had them in stock too so we got them delivered that week. Over time, one of them had an issue with the reclining function so we called and the service guy came out to take a look. They were Best recliners and had a lifetime warrenty. The service guy got the part we needed and had it fixed in no time.
nothing like it My wife and i shopped 6 different stores for our last purchase, with the economy so tight we wanted to make sure we got the most for our $$$. Anyway, there was no store in the area that even came close to the way we were treated at Talsma's. No other store had salespeople that treated us so friendly. Friendly staff We purchased our lazy-boy chairs from Talsma's in Holland about 5 years ago. We are still enjoying our purchase. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They explained everything about each make and model to us (several times), without getting annoyed. I have also been in browsing with my mom several times since then and have always had great service.
Local matters!! We purchased a living room set from Talsma's and it is great!! Our sales person was so helpful, she even came out the our house to help me layout the furniture since we have a lot of travel paths. The delivery guys were great too. I asked for a call ahead and they let me know that were about 15 minutes from my house. I would recommend this family owned and operated business!!
