Friendly Staff! Talsma is a great place to buy furniture. They are a little pricy, but the staff is so helpful and they have a great selection. They set-up inside the showroom is great and organized, and they usually have everything you are looking for in stock.
Non Pushy sales I have bought a lot of furniture from Talsma's and would never hesitate to recommend them. This store is huge and has a lot to offer.Beautiful name brands. The staff is very helpful but if you don't want them to be they will leave you alone. Nice little bargain area in the back. Great for delivery. Prices are competitve. Big store with the small town feel. Family owned and operated.
Terrible Customer Service Absolutely not satisfied with what the Byron Center Talsma location considers "Customer Service". One week after ordering four kitchen chairs at what I thought was a sale... 5% off and no sales tax I was shocked to learn I could order them locally for more than 30% less somewhere else. Couch failed within 2 weeks, and they won't return it! Never do business with Talsmaâs furniture! We bought a Best brand reclining sofa from Talsmaâs this spring ($1058 out the door). The salesman Luc Bergsma, told us it was completely restuffable, which we liked because our previous sofa couldnât be restuffed. We liked the feature but were a little concerned at the same time. Poor Service I had a terrible experience with Talsma Furniture. They did not provide me with any customer service and were very rude. I will not shop at this store again
Great Service We moved here back in Oct and needed new living room furniture we looked everywhere and ended up at Talsma Furniture right by the house (should have stopped there first and saved the time) We didn't have alot of budget to spend but found something that we like. It was delivered and the love seat had a defect in the micro fiber and sagged to one side when you sat on it they gladly got me a new one. Great Furniture for a Reasonable Price The customer service at Talsma Furniture is great without being overbearing. You can get your questions answered without feeling pressured to buy or upgrade to a better model. The furniture is high quality and arrives in a timely fashion. We bought our whole living room set from them and were very impressed with the quality.
We will be back We have dealt with Talsma Byron Center on numerous occasions and found the staff to be cheerful and provided excellent service. Having priced items in Kalamazoo, we found Talsma, less expensive, easy to work with and the free delivery set them above anyone else we had visited.
Traditional Style Talmsa's Furniture is a clean nice furniture store. The employees are friendly, helpful and courteous. The style seemed to be more on the traditional side without many modern (or trendy) options which eliminates a large demographic.
