My son recently had some issues with his insurance policy and had the manager, Dalia, not intervened on his behalf, he could have been facing some serious problems. However, that was not the case. Dalia was diligent in her efforts and within 24 hours had everything remedied. We need more customer service oriented people like Dalia out there working on our behalf.
