Working with Talanda has been great for me and my husband we developed an bond and she makes you feel good about your home buying journey and treat u like family, She is honest and makes sure u get what u deserves one of her main focus is to make sure you are satisfied and very happy. She very good at her job and that speaks character.
Called Talonda the evening of 7/8/25 as she was the listing agent of a property I was interested in. Spoke with her and told her I wanted to put in an offer. She told me to text her my offer and she would submit it that evening or the next morning. The next morning I waited for a email to sign my offer. Texted her at 8:20 asking when she was going to send me the paperwork. No response.. at 11:30 she sent me a text saying “I’ll send you the paperwork between 12:30-1:00”.
