The Talon Room is amazing! I would recommend them for any type of catering event you might need. We have had them do the food and drinks at two of our family weddings and they did not disappoint. Matt, was amazing to work with and the food was top notch. I cannot recommend them enough!
Matt Rogge's Talon Room catered our son's pre-rehearsal wedding brunch in June 2025 at the Nature Center at Pioneers Park in Lincoln. The food was amazing and the service outstanding. Matt was wonderful to work with and he had great suggestions for the menu. Definitely recommend the Talon Room and will use them again when we have a need for great food and great service!
We made an instant connection in our first meeting with Matt. He was very willing to work with us accommodating all of our requests, even some that were a little out of the norm! When the date arrived everything was perfect! We highly recommend Matt and the Talon room for your special event.

We recently had our wedding brunch catered by Talon Room and our guests could not stop raving about the crème fraiche scrambled eggs. They were creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! Another highlight was the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were light and fluffy, and the gravy was rich and savory, making it a favorite among our guests. Everything was set up perfectly, making our special day even more memorable. We highly recommend Talon Room for any catering needs!
