I have done business with this company many times for mortgage refinances, so I went with this company again when I moved and they handled the new mortgage loan for the house we purchased. In dealing with a mortgage refinance, there are no other parties involved (seller, buyer, realtor), so if the loan isn't closed in a timely manner, it doesn't affect anyone. I wonder why there is only ONE review with five stars in here!!!! Probably because they’re HORRIBLE at helping someone get a loan approved!!!!!! THREE MONTHS trying to get a loan! THREE MONTHS PEOPLE!!!!! Lenders are in California - one of the craziest states in the nation‼️ asking for stupid requests (termite inspection on a newly constructed home?!!!?!!). Closing should’ve happened May 27th ... it didn’t happen and asked for MORE paperwork!!!! Absolutely ridiculous 😡😡😡 It shouldn’t take this long to close a home loan. I... read more

RecommendedZach did a great job helping us get the Lon for our mortgage. It was our second house, and we were dreading this part of the process due to a terrible experience the first time around.
