I was crippled, bone on bone both knees. Dr Talmo replaced both at the same time, pain meds for 3 days, up and down stairs 4 days after surgery without help, jumped down the last 2 stairs and the Physical Therapist about had a heart attack. Never looked back, still pain free after 10 years. Everyone's body responds differently to the same surgery, I was lucky and made rehab my mission. The surgery gave me my life back.

Awesome experience! Dr. Talmo was fabulous. Hip replacement was a total success with no issues. No more limping or throbbing hip pain at all . Can’t recommend him enough!

I had my second total knee replacement on October 8,2024. It was originally scheduled for sometime in September. My sister and I were 5 minutes from NEBH when Dr. Talmo’s office called and asked if I was at the hospital. I thought maybe they are taking me early! Nope, my surgery was canceled due to a family emergency. Disappointed but understandable. I woke up during my surgery to the sound of hammering on metal! I believe I said I can hear hammering! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Dr. Talmo's office staff were super responsive, and I felt fully prepared for my surgical date. The surgery went off without a hitch and I was home 4.5 hours later and walked up the stairs to my bedroom. My recovery has been remarkable and I am recovering much more quickly than I could ever have imagined. Dr. Talmo is an excellent surgeon and I would recommend him to anybody planning hip replacement.
