I was very disappointed with my experience. I called directly to the florist in the town where my friend lives, thinking I would get better service. The lady was nice on the phone, but when my friend sent me a picture of what she received, I was furious. Instead of the six roses, it was supposed to have in the arrangement she substituted cheaper flowers. I called her about it. She apologized, but never offered to do anything to make up for it. I spent $50 and got about a $15 arrangement. Never again!
Do not use this florist. I had a horrible first experience. The lady was very unfriendly and half of what is on their web site they do not make! When I tried to place an on-line order their site messed up and I had to call about it to which the lady had no clue what was going on with their supposedly secure site. Avoid this business!
