George, owner of Tally's Carpet Cleaning recently cleaned the carpets in my home and damaged the floorboards throughout my home with his cleaning equipment. I was very disappointed with his service, and even more so with his RUDE attitude when I approached him about his damage in my home. He finally agreed to cover the repair cost, but not without an argument. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. George is a one man show with great customer service skills. We believe "If it is not broken don't try to fix it" and we believe there is no need to try to improve something that is working.
