I've been here for 16 years now. Park is definitely going down hill. Corporate being told sprinklers are working. But they are not for 9 years now! Place needs complete sprinkler system overhaul. Not just pumps. Bright view the irrigation company has said so. Park rakes in over 3 million a year. Youed think they would spend to fix it. We pay each months rent which includes sprinklers
Place is terrible. Management does nothing to enforce their own rules. Cars parked all over the sidewalks so you can’t walk on the sidewalk you have to walk in the road. Dogs are suppose to be small. We have pit bulls Dobermans, not a good place to live.
