I had a stone fall out of the halo on my wedding ring so I took it in to get replaced on 4/5/25. I waited until 5/2/25 to call and see what the progress was and if it was ready for pick up and they said it still wasn’t done. I then called back on 5/16/25 to see if there was any news on my ring. When I called she could not find it because they filed it in the wrong letter but called me back the next day to say they found it. Did $80 "worth" of work (by adding gold) on a ring that wasn't asked for, just did it and then expected that it would be okay. Found out when I came in to pick it up, NOT when she called to tell me the ring was ready. If she had told me it was needed and why, I wouldn't have balked. But, I don't associate with business that use that kind of shady practices. If you do, good luck.
When you ignore customers, you’re going to lose business. I suggest greeting customers when they come in not leave them standing in the lobby for 30 minutes.
