I had a stone fall out of the halo on my wedding ring so I took it in to get replaced on 4/5/25. I waited until 5/2/25 to call and see what the progress was and if it was ready for pick up and they said it still wasn’t done. I then called back on 5/16/25 to see if there was any news on my ring.
