I don't go to the hospital often, but Swedish Hospital Ballard is a very good hospital. My family doctor, Michael Richter, is very nice and skilled. Every time I see him, he is always so professional, meticulous, friendly, and enthusiastic, which makes people feel very warm! He will let me know my condition in time. I am Chinese and know that my English is not good. He will take the initiative to arrange a Chinese translator to contact me by phone, and everything is arranged very well. I've been coming to this location for years for infusions and procedures. They are always great. Probably my favorite swedish location of them all.
Fast service time and really made to feel comfortable . However after a couple of months of fighting with L and I to pay due to missing paperwork they sent it off to collections without telling me and I had to find out through a creditor that my credit was being negatively impacted. Will not use their services again.
Clean and easy to navigate. Parking is horrible and expensive.
