Doctor really nice and respectful made the whole appointment easy
I just wanna say I will never return. I’m sure the docs are great, they sounded super sweet over the phone. But the lady at the front desk?? Downright rude. I scheduled my appointment, and there was a miscommunication somewhere and it was on a different day that already passed. I never got a call or text that I had the appt that day nor did I recieve a call about missing the appt. They are the ONLY place that takes my insurance so I was so hopeful that it would work out and I’m beyond dissapointed.
This clinic was extremely helpful and accommodating. I appreciate having businesses like this in the community. I will be returning for any future optometry needs.
