What can I say takes forever to get work done I waited 9 months and it took threats to put my rent with the courts and only one thing got done still waited then got told to move out still with a hole in my kitchen and black mold not just at my place but all of them the trash is never picked up or all out of the dumpster lawn is new cut like it should be snow removal is never done or done half way and if you call the owner she don t care her workmen are wonderful is all she can say they have drugs being sealed out of an apart... read more
maintenance is HORRIBLE! they rent to alot of white trash people as well. lots of kids playing outside all day long. walls were pretty thin too. when i moved out there were some drug types living there. i would not recommend.
