I live in Pennsylvania and my daughter attended college in Kent. We used the unit to store items from her dorm and apartment. Because I was so pleased with the service, I kept the unit after my daughter graduated and left Ohio. Yesterday, I moved out of a unit after renting for over seven years. From the beginning to the end, the property manager Sharon was phenomenal. Sharon was beyond helpful. She is patient, she is kind. Sharon is proactive.
