This apartment complex is trash, don’t move here. The property manager Leslie Korinek is super lazy and refuses to do her job. Not sure how she still has one?
Management is unprofessional and unresponsive I have been living here for two years Leslie the current manager said I had an attitude when I was just asking questions about the change in management plus she is very dismissive about maintenance issues especially the washers that need to be replaced immediately because they have never been cleaned and they have mold and grime around the flap where the door is and the washers have a smell to them plus rent increases for the lack of care that this place needs
Don’t move here. Property is Trash. There’s a washers and 4 dryers for over 250 people. No amenities on top of that rent is raised every year. Floors and walls are thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors thru all hours of the day. When I first moved in things were decent. Ranch homes are all covered in mold. Overall you can find something a lot better and more than likely affordable to get a bang from your buck. Lived at Tallmadge Pointe for several years and the property is kept clean and is quiet. Lisa, the property manager, is great! She responds quickly to any concerns and works hard to resolve any problems.
We own the bakery in the plaza. Lisa has been helpful on more occasions to count.
