Don’t move here. Property is Trash. There’s a washers and 4 dryers for over 250 people. No amenities on top of that rent is raised every year. Floors and walls are thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors thru all hours of the day. When I first moved in things were decent. Ranch homes are all covered in mold. Overall you can find something a lot better and more than likely affordable to get a bang from your buck. Lived at Tallmadge Pointe for several years and the property is kept clean and is quiet. Lisa, the property manager, is great! She responds quickly to any concerns and works hard to resolve any problems.

We own the bakery in the plaza. Lisa has been helpful on more occasions to count.

It was a cute apartment, lots of space but I can tell the manager struggles to keep on top of everything. I asked multiple times for things to be fixed in the apartment example a hole in my window where bugs fell in. I was told someone would come multiple times and Noone ever came. Responses are about 50%.
