If you love seeing rent jump up hundreds of dollars every six months then this place is for you. Don't let Cassandra or what ever other face they put in the office sweet talk you, this place was and still is one of the worse parks in the area

Did some research on this place they say they don’t allow felons to live there. Funny they say that because there’s 6 of them living there. People aways fighting they allow Pit bulls and other vicious breeds. Just change the breed name and you’ll be ok smh. Junk cars sitting on roads. They say there fixing them but they have been sitting there for years. Trailers look like they never had a maintenance done on them. Cats running around free breeding and causing issues.
