I just want to say, this is the place to go.....my husband had severe hearing loss and loves to be able to hear now with his hearing aids. If you have a problem, small or large...the staff is more than willing to go the extra mile to get the problem fixed. We highly recommend them.
My husband had a hearing test. He said he indeed had a hearing loss. He needed hearing aids. So we purchased what they recommended. Had to return to office to replace hearing aid battery and wax guards. Was told by them that doing that was very difficult. Only they could do it. My husband complained that the AIDS didn't help that much. They said well you have to get used to them. Today we went to the Eye, Ear Nose clinic. Another hearing test. Very profounfD hearing loss.
