The worst customer service ever. The staff are not at all interested in the homeowners, they are rude and condensing.
If you want to deal with a staff that has MAJOR attitude problems, then this is it!!! They are very rude when communicating with owners, realtors etc. It is very difficult to get any information on HOA meetings. They suck!!!
See why people say they are the worst management company out there. As a person who helped run a town with 8500 homes, I know what it takes and tallfiled doesn’t have it
This is worst company ever. The employees are rude and highly incompetent. They don’t care about their job much less the homes.
