Outstanding customer service. Clean establishment. Prices are amazing.
My husband and I have talked about checking out Talley's for awhile. We finally had the opportunity to do so after an early dinner at Kayhills on New Years eve. I have to say it was not at all what we expected. We puchased what looked like two beautiful and expensive ribeyes..what can I say, they were awful. We've had better steaks cut at Foodlion. The available products were very limited..maybe it was because of the holiday..don't know..but it was less than remarkable.
Well, I tried to order a crown pork roast locally, but was told they already had in all their orders and I wouldn't be able to get one for Christmas (this call was made 12/20/18). So, ended up going to Publix in Colonial Heights. This is the reason more people don't "shop local." Four days out on when I wanted the order; that should have been enough time. But given the good reviews, will try to stop in next time I'm up that way.
