I have moved here with my family late last year. Since the very first week and till this moment, we have had the worst experiences ever, starting with cockroaches, dysfunctional appliances (even though they claim they are new), flooded garages, poorly maintained units (poor painting job before delivering the unit, misaligned doors and drawers, and repeatedly malfunctioning heating) and constantly overflowing trash room. Honestly don't know what's worse about living here, the "Employees " here that don't ever call you back or adress the issues you have in your apartment. I filed a maitnance request back in November, its January still hasnt been addressed. The insane cost of living here when you get pretty much have no amenities, or the awful and inconsiderate neighbors. Our experience here is really bad since they change the management last year from Bozzuto to Everbend. I love the apartment even the appliances are old though but the new property management NO, they don’t even reply on our email about our contract renewal and they don’t try to keep us to renew our contract since the rent got up like over 20% and we tried to negotiate but they ignore us. It’s insane.
The current management are oblivious to the concerns of tenants and are in inept to resolving issues. I am paying $3500 a month to sleep on the floor of my living room because I have had mold in my bedroom apartment, bathroom walls and living room windows for the past six months. I have had several discussions with property managers resulting in the issue being unresolved.
