Bolivar Perez came to do maintenance in my apartment today. Very respectful and attentive to detail regarding what needs to be fixed. Last 2 guys didn’t fix the issue but Perez did today. Good job!

Bolivar Perez arrived at my apartment today to respond to a work order of an urgent nature. Not only did he resolve the matter quickly, he provided excellent customer service, was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Not only were we completely satisfied but we were extremely impressed with Mr. Perez’s service.
