UPDATE: upon receiving a lease renewal at 23% increase, I have to call out how criminal, outlandish and unhinged this property management team. our apartment is rundown, there’s a crack in the ceiling, bugs coming out of cracks in the walls- there is NO GOOD REASON for an increase that’s nearly 5x the upper limit of typical rent increases. They are renovating other apartments & seem to be expecting current residents to take on the cost without any of the benefit. Everything is falling apart here. Since we moved in we have not had a moment of peace living in this overly expensive apartment. It’s constant repairs and things falling apart and shit that never gets fixed. literally unending,and the old property management maintenance at least responded to things and fixed them. now with the new property management the maintenance doesn’t even come for a week or more to respond to things. the property management also is as negligent as the previous one not responding to messages, not follo... read more
This review is over due! I worked with Samantha few months back and she is incompetent!! So much stuff to say but I’m so happy I turned the apartment down even though I lost about $500 in the process! After touring the apartment it was also very tiny
I would stay away. It's been a few years, but.... The boiler was attatched to the garage, leaked, and filled the unit which we were using for storage, so we lost some stuff. Apparently, it leaked upstairs, and we were away for months (during covid), so I don't know how long this went on. I showed up with a moving truck and found a bunch of our stuff in living room soggy and/or filled with nasty water.
