Update : Since management is removing reviews. Winter snow insanity below. Absolutely poor management. Tenants stuck in snow while the whole city is cleared off. They dont answer email, dont answer calls, nothing. Worst decision to lease here. Stay far away.
Management should focus more on fixing the ongoing issues in the property instead of deleting negative reviews. Residents and future residents want to live in a better and more comfortable place. Incredibly helpful staff and an amazing experience overall!
Everbend in Tarrytown is clean, quiet, and comfy. Melissa the property manager helped my significant other and I with many things and was diligent with her efforts.
Abdul was friendly and inviting throughout the entire tour experience. He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable about the units and overall complex. He was willing to work with us and do everything needed to find the best option for us!
