I got a Figaro chain repaired (link and soldered clasp) $65. 3 weeks go by and they did not call to let me know it was ready. I felt that was very unprofessional. Pricey it was a 10k chain if it did not hold sentimental value I could've got a brand new one for $50 more. Smh. The atmosphere is lacking for a jewelry store.
Fantastic customer service. The Associate helped with a Christmas jewelry present by pulling a couple of catalogs to help find just the right design and then ordered it. The final product was absolutely gorgeous (it was a woman's necklace) and the price was an excellent deal and that was everyday pricing. This is a wonderful store to shop for jewelry and they don't even need to have the jewelry in stock.
Wow!!!! Amazing service from start to finish and the main reason everyone should shop and support local small businesses! Mr. Talley was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding a gift for a baby shower and placed a special order for me. The price was very reasonable. When I put my grandson's cross in to get the clasp fixed, I advised the service person we would need it before my grandson goes to college on 20AUG24. It was put in almost two weeks before that date. Never received a phone call saying it might be a delay or it would not be ready. The 19th they were close still nothing. On the morning of the 20th of us supposed to be leaving out I arrived to be told, "it's not ready but if you can wait 20 min I can fix it. " This is very unprofessional.
