Poor builder. We were told that they apparently not follow plumbing codes. Roofers replaced our roof (house is only 2 years old) and hit a pipe that they say is in violation of code. Now no one wants to be responsible for the damage. We have called everyone in charge of building and warranty and we keep getting the run around. Wish we NEVER bought a house in this neighborhood. We were decently welcomed to the community and are very elated with our purchase. Office kept up with all promises even after closing and standout review goes to Sergio who has been a new but important addition to our opinion of the builder. A few followup work orders were handled promptly and diligently and correspondence was always very professional . Overall very happy with our purchase
