Had some window and roof damage from falling trees early in September - Ryan & Mark with Tallent were quick to respond and walked me through the whole process and made it easy - highly recommend them!
My experience with Tallent could not have been better. The commercial building I manage suffered water damage to the hard wood flooring and Tallent responded immediately and provided us with several options to repair. The communication with our project manager, Ryan Long, was outstanding--there was never a question about what was going on. We had our first experience with water damage in a 2 year old home. I don’t wish that experience on anyone. Fortunately, USAA got us in touch with Tallent. Ryan came out and really put us at ease with the process. We had our wood floor replaced by insurance and did a few extras while we were staying in an Airbnb.
