Best physical therapy in Tallahassee! After a completely torn ACL and an inability to put any pressure on that knee, Dr. Jenny and Amber took me from wheelchair to walking. I learned so much about strength training, stretching, and balance (and how to push through to get the best results). I so appreciate the compassion shown to me throughout this past year after having my knee surgery in 2017, going through a very difficult time with one of my siblings and ultimately her passing in 2018, and then having an accident which brought me back to TOSPT. It really helps when you're going through a difficult time emotionally and when the physical portion kicks you in the butt you can go to TOSPT and they get you laughing on top of listening to your physical needs and helping. Under the circumstances; I’m afraid that some mix-ups pertaining to the hospital (surgery) and my “insurance” have landed me with quite a burden to recover from; but, I don’t think I could’ve found a better place for my Physical Therapy. The whole staff is friendly (which is a plus); however, the team working there are genuinely helpful and passionate about what they do. They want to help, and I’m thankful. S/O to Julian for being a rockstar at his job.
