One of the best physical therapy clinics around.
Stay as far away from the TOSPT clinic in Crawfordville as you can. Despite having an initial appointment time staff left me in the waiting room for over 30 minutes and offered no explanation. The office manager then sent an e mail stating a 2nd appointment was scheduled for 9/19/19 at 3:30 pm. I show up at 3:30 pm only to be told by some bimbo gal at the desk that I missed my appointment at 9:30 am that morning! I told her the Office Mgr. scheduled me at 3:30 via e mail. Highly recommend TOSPT! FIVE STARS! Best thing we did for my 16yo athlete son was to move our PT from TMH Rehab to TOSPT. He had major knee surgery and his recovery is going better than we could have expected only 8 weeks post-op. Jerry has been superb! Special shout out to Gigi who’s so friendly in the early morning at the front desk and to Jenny for getting us started with TOSPT.
I was really liked the Staff and do feel some better. The real issue I have was with the surprise bill I received for over 300.00 dollars. I questioned my cost several times I was told before I started it would be 35 a visit and then when I started they told me it was only 25 and even said they confirmed with insurance but 2 months after completing therapy received and unexpected bill that doesn't even show all the payments I made.
the staff was awesome they understood my concerns and they were very very polite and very informative I'm grateful for everything you did for me today and it didn't hurt like I thought it would

TOC provides kind and compassionate care to their patients. I would recommend them for ortho care and physical therapy. I am using them for the third time and currently in their care. You will not be disappointed if you see their physicians. Dr Guyer, Dr Alvarez..... and Dr. Thornberry.....Thank you for your expertise!!!!
