Worst place ever
I came to visit my aunt when I came in town. Staff were very friendly when I visited my aunt on the long term side. I asked for assistance and someone came immediately to help out. Facility was overall clean and my aunt loves living here.
I had a family member staying at Aspire at the Gardens. When I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome by ms Teresa The lighting In the facility was perfect. The atmosphere was inviting ,the smell of cleanness was in the air I just knew the place is being taking care of correctly. The nurses ( Latoya ) (Tiffany )and housekeepers all was professional I will consider this facility to anyone who’s looking for a nice place for their love ones.
Mrs. Theresa, which serves as the DEP, is absolutely wonderful. She is very professional, caring, and makes sure the residents here are heard and comfortable as possible for the duration of their stay. She brings a great spirit that is needed around the facility. THANK YOU for all you do.
Lovely staff on the long term side. Always helpful and engaging with the residents and making them feel loved and at home
