The bus smelled like urine! Disgusting!
Their drivers put passengers' lives at risk by exhibiting dangerous road rage behavior on the interstate.
They deserve NO STARS. Don’t book “Red Coach.” They are so nonchalant about people's belongings. One of the passengers on the bus stole my luggage, which was worth plenty of money. I have contacted numerous Red Coach staff... still nothing; they don’t care as a bus company. You should have each and every passenger bag labeled; you should have a list of all passengers that are on the bus... Red Coach used to be a very smooth experience. They have changed their FSU stops 3 times. For a person with a visual impairment, I rely on Google maps and the accuracy of the Red Coach website. I was there at 7:35 a.m. to catch a bus [Service 9009] at 7:50 departing at 8:05. The app said the bus was delayed by 8 minutes...then 15 minutes... then 19 minutes. I never saw the bus come. No refund. Agent was reading a script, no clear communication. Never again. There will be something coming a 100% better that will put this out ... read more
