RecommendedThe were very helpful finding a part for me that I tried everywhere else to find. Pertained to a car radiator part. They searched it out and found what I was looking for. Not expecting this service but it was great and very helpful.

Do not buy a Kubota tractor! It has a known flaw and when it breaks down you will take it to Talladega tractor for repair and you will be told "we don't know how long it will take to get the part needed". And no loaners available. Just so you know!!! I'm ticked we have hay that needs cutting, it's going to waste and we will have to buy hay to replace it!

My kubota zero turn has been in there shop under warranty for a week now for the 3rd time in 3 weeks and it only has 80hrs on it. My grass is getting very high I asked if they had a loaner to cut my grass while they fix mine as I had a Memorial Day party that weekend and they told me no they were all loaned out. Frustrated!! Still in shop
Had a misunderstanding my first time dealing with the service dept, but was handled promptly by the service manager, Billy. Which means a lot seeing a company stand behind their word and work, and willing to go above and beyond to make any complaints from a customer right in their eyes. All in all good experience purchasing my skid steer from here and dealing with the service dept., would recommend seeing these guys!
I'm done with "Larry" at the service desk. Absolutely NO personality and no help.
