I had an initial consultation with Steve Young today, and he was amazing! He listened to my fitness goals and where my body hurts and was extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel excited to continue my fitness journey. I walked away feeling confident that the exercises he gave me will help to reduce my soreness and increase my overall fitness, and I feel motivated to stay on track.
I had a great experience at Tall Tree Cordova Bay! The clinic itself is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly welcoming when I came in. I saw Curtis regarding a concussion. He actively listened to what I was saying, was very thorough in his work, and gave me some great information to go home with. I left feeling confident and empowered in my recovery. Tall Tree on Commercial is first rate. Every interaction with the front desk was efficient, friendly and prompt. The facility is airy, bright and well-appointed. Matt (physio), Zahra (chiropractor) and Andy (masseuse) took the time to learn about my situation and tailored their approach to my specific needs and desires. I commend them on their professional, empathetic treatments. Well done!
Tanya is incredibly lovely and attentive, making sure I'm comfortable throughout the session. Her calming presence and genuine care really help put me at ease, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommended!
