Steve is excellent! He’s so knowledgeable, caring and understanding. He really listens to you and meets you where you’re at so as not to overwhelm you. Both my daughter and myself have received assistance from him, I highly recommend Steve!

After breaking an ankle, my son need physiotherapy, and this is where we went. I have nothing but positive things to say. The front desk staff greeted us promptly. They also supported me through arranging direct benefits coverage. The physiotherapist had excellent beside manner. He was polite and inclusive with my son during the development of his treatment plan. He asked questions in a very respectful manner and did not over explain the exercises he provided. I highly recommend the Sleep Program for anyone who feels they aren't getting a restful or full night's sleep. Prior to the program, I had sleep anxiety, would wake up multiple times a night, and had a hard time falling back asleep. The program's counselling and coaching helped me tweak my routine and gave me tools that have dramatically improved my sleep. Thank you so much to Dr. Jo and Molly for helping bring balance to that part of my life!
I received significant help sorting out my sleep issues and I'm now getting 6.5-7 hours a nite!
