1st - the agreed upon quote was to leave a 3' ***** and remove all else, for $1,500. I talked to the workers the morning of Aug 7 and said I wanted 5' of the ***** to remain instead, along w/an extra 8"x12' long branch already on the ground that WAS included in the quote. I then asked if other tree wood I already had in the back & already cut, could be taken in lieu of the parts of the maple I opted to keep, since I was now paying for more than was being removed. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Wonderful experience! Their arborist was knowledgeable and helpful answering any questions I had. The crew was wonderful. They were polite, quick, safe, and cleaned up perfectly.
I asked for service in the winter of ********* while I was out of the country. I have asked them to stop service, and cleared instructed I am home and no longer need their services. The company contines to provide service, bills me, and now after refusing to pay for work I do not want, threatens to turn me over to a collection agency Mr. ****** We're truly sorry for the confusion and any frustration this has caused. I cant tell you how happy we are with ***** and his crew yesterday at our home at xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. They were friendly, professional, and fun to work with. Those boys inhaled our pizza (which made us so very happy!) They listened, they were safe and thoughtful, and they made this phase of our mitigation efforts quite helpful.
