I lived here in the late 80s early 90s. Everybody called me Tigger, my best friend Clint King, does anyone know him? I've never been able to find him on fb but he lived right next to the sewer and park. Had a Rottweiler and a few other brothers.

They let think you are getting the place, then turn around say no.
This place is a joke they try to enforce rules like they are running a HOA on millionaires road the lady that runs the place drives around on suspended license can't park on the street can't make a bigger driveway can't have something hang over night like get real it's a trailer park always will be a trailer park they must've spent their budget on the new little tiny sign and car port so now they have to make up for it with fining people for petty shit
