We hired Tall Pines Builders to remodel and add a large addition onto our house. The project turned into one problem after another beginning with the owners not checking in with the structural engineers about the foundation. Tall Pines Builders subcontractors had already gutted our existing house when the engineers said that we needed triple the concrete pads we originally thought under the existing house in addition to the pads under the addition.
