okay first off this place isn't worth renting. my rent was $1,950 COLD FLAT nothing included at all. understand this place will charge you up the gills in fees for everything. there is a mailbox and apartment key fee. there is a monthly pet fee and deposit. it is extra if you legit want a floor that isn't carpet or if you want washers in your unit. the larger the unit is the more utilities cost an arm and a leg. you can hear your neighbors due to poor insulation and building design, it doesn't matter how quiet you are as a n... read more

If you want live in mess like this and pay top dollar, welcome to heatherwoods And the club house with pool tables that they show on the main page that is an office now!
This is a lovely complex with great amenities. Desirée was the person who helped me. She was very professional, informative, patient and courteous. She was able to answer all my questions.
