Overall Rating and conditions are extremely poor for this property!!!!….Building and apartment units are overpriced and terrible, dirty, unkept /unsafe place to live and raise a family, most their apartments are in extreme poor ran down conditions with bad flooring/tiles/holes in their dry walls and bad plumbing issues and also there is an leaky roof on the seventh- floor which has been leaking rain water for years!! also included is black mold issues,missing/cracking, poor cheap rusting appliances, and etc.... the list of *... read more

Park place apartments is not for HUMANS, This is run buy Black lives matter and oppresses White people, and HUD is apart of this.Park place has no Air conditioning and no Maintenance, They must be ready to sell. They change managers every 6 months and employees Quite all the time.If you don't like someone send them here.
Park place apartments on forest park ave is a nightmare. They only repair things of you are a favorite of it you harass mangement. The assistant there has zero professionalism. It's dirty. And poorly maintained. Move in at your own risk.
