Had a good experience with the leasing office and they handled my application swiftly even though we showed up late. The rating is more for the prpperty management company as I believe that these stories are important. I was denied due to a recent eviction. I had been pregnant and given birth and fell behind. My landlord actually evicted me without any eviction notice after almost 10 years at the place(somehow legal in Maryland wxcept Baltimore City). DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! IM GOING TO BLOW THESE REVIEWS UP EVERY SINGLE DAY UNTIL I AM LET OUT OF MY LEASE. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. THEY HAVE ANTS, MICE, FLEES, AND ROACHES!!!! YES ROACHES. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. THEY DECLINED OUR REQUEST TO MOVE THE FIRST THREE MONTHS BECAUSE THEY SAID MAINTENANCE WAS HANDLING IT. ALL MAINTENANCE DID WAS PUT DOWN STICKY TRAPS. first, I want to say that all these reviews that are five stars are fake lies. Do not believe it. The reviews about Larry is a lie. Larry has people calling in to do a survey giving him five stars so he can get more money because apparently, when you do a survey with this apartment complex, they give you money, so Larry’s fraudulently lying and having people call in but let me tell you something OK cause he tried to get me to do it.
