Everyone is very helpful and nice. The office staff are the best I have ever had to help me get all my paperwork done. This is truly the last place I will be moving to.
Very disappointing experience. They scheduled a video call to tour an apartment but no one ever joined the meeting. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I was never informed the call had been canceled or delayed. I followed up afterward by both email and message, but unfortunately, I received no response. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but respecting people's time and communicating with prospective residents is a basic professional courtesy.
