Andrew has always been a great maintenance man. He is always cheerful and gets things done correctly the first time. He represents the company very well.
Excellent service as always and everyone who is associated at Tall Oaks deserve our thanks as well.
Just moved in, but so far my experience has been wonderful. The unit was very clean and ready for us to move in. I love the smart locks and smart thermostat, it's all very convenient. They even gave us a move in welcome gift box as well. The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper as well. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, they value the people who live here. Thank you Tall Oaks, looking forward to living here!
I lived at Tall Oaks for about two years and had a very positive experience overall. Peggy and MJ in the leasing office were always great to work with. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond and always willing to help. It was clear they cared about the residents and wanted to make sure things were taken care of.
