This is a very shady (as mentioned in the other one-star google review of this company) and incompetent management company to work with. Janesa Whelan played all kinds of games to avoid having to do the eviction for a bad tenant for months before we had to change to another property management company to do the work. She made us pay 700 dollars for bedbug cleanings which should be the tenant’s responsibility.
