Definitely the go-to partition lawyer in California. I was told that this was the ONLY firm in California that exclusively handles partition actions which put my mind to ease. The attorneys here are extremely knowledgable and walk you through every step of the case. I feel in very good hands with Scott and his team.
My case took way longer than it should have. The main attorney on my job gave my case to a junior associate who was later terminated, and the ball was dropped for a few months. A senior associate/partner ended up taking over the case and essentially started over from scratch, which cost nearly double what I was quoted.
