Absolutely disgusted by the attitude given from them two woman behind the desk, absolutely shocked and yes I agree with all these reviews if I could give it a zero I would! Never been more disappointed in a service before. I called to explain my situation and that I would be just about 3-5 mins late as of taxi problem and when I tuned up I was given nothing but rudeness and disrespect words can’t describe how angry I am!

Unfortunately, I cannot give zero. A couple of years ago I was promised they would complete some dental work as long as I could get some work done first on NHS. Here we are two years later and they have broken their promise. Two years on ago this would have been a five star. I don’t know what has happened happened in the intervening period but, they left me high and dry. I would avoid like the plague.

This is on behalf of my husband, 2 weeks ago he went there to have a tooth out and was seen but been told he'd had an abcess, he took the 5 day course of antibiotics, and to this day he's still waiting for a call to say they can take the tooth out, he got told by the receptionist that it could be either them or holywell? That will contact him, after he went there to see what was happening? From other comments on here i can see why now that this company doesn't give a damn or they just can't be bothered.
