If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Before I even walked through the door, they charged me $200 over the phone as a deposit, supposedly going toward the total cost — which I was told would be $300 for a full body wax and mani-pedi. But somehow, at the end of my appointment, I was slapped with a $500 bill. Their excuse? That I “asked for shellac,” as if that somehow justifies charging $200 more — which, for the record, is completely absurd.
