Got a hair cut from Julie. My hair was in rough shape but she did an amazing job!
I'm sorry for the lady who wasn't able to get an appt as a walk-in, but I'm not sure what she was expecting. This is a VERY busy salon with limited staff, so it's not surprising that they didn't have an opening. As for Julie being "surly" you might have caught her at a bad time or maybe that was your perception when you didn't get what you wanted.
